All rights in these core knowledge assets remain with the relevant rights holder.
Commercial collaboration is limited to specifically identified content agreed by the parties, including particular chapters, entries, annotations, translations, interpretations, or other independently identifiable original content. The authorised purpose, duration, system, and scope of use must be expressly defined.
Unless separately agreed in writing, no licence includes
- ownership of intellectual property
- any right to use the core knowledge assets of Zongbo Studies
- perpetual rights
- worldwide exclusive rights
- sublicensing rights
- foundation model training rights
Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation, database construction, commercial use, or other use outside the scope expressly authorised in writing requires separate written permission.
AI Use
The website is open to discussing licensing arrangements for AI knowledge bases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications on a project-specific basis.
